The Canon Selphy series of stand alone image printers are funny to use but they have terrible small ink cartridges. Spontanius printing can be costy. Pictures that you probably won’t put in your album can be printed with lower quality which substantially lowers the ink usage. Best way to save money on ink for the Selphy printer is to use compatible cartridges if avaliable.
